Defines "lionfish" as finfish of the genus Pterois and prohibits importation of live lionfish, hybrids, eggs, and aquaculture of lionfish in Florida.

Prohibits the sale of illegally imported live lionfish.

Establishes violations of lionfish prohibitions as Level Two violations under Florida Statutes section 379.401, with penalties determined by existing violation classification standards.

Authorizes the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to adopt rules administering lionfish provisions and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to adopt rules relating to lionfish aquaculture.

Becomes effective August 1, 2014.
