Expands civil liability exemption for farmers who allow people to enter their land to remove farm produce or crops to include any farm produce or crops, not just crops left in fields after harvesting.

Exempts farmers from civil liability for injuries or deaths arising from the nature or condition of the land when people enter gratuitously to remove farm produce or crops.

Exempts farmers from civil liability for injuries or deaths due to the nature, age, or condition of farm produce or crops removed by persons entering their land.

Removes the exemption if injury or death results from the farmer's gross negligence, intentional act, or failure to warn of a dangerous condition the farmer actually knows about, unless the condition would be obvious to a reasonable person.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
