Creates Section 20.058 requiring citizen support and direct-support organizations to submit annual information to their supporting agency by August 1, including mission, results, contact information, code of ethics, and IRS Form 990 filings.

Mandates agencies post all submitted information on their websites and submit annual reports to the Governor, Legislature, and Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability with recommendations to continue, terminate, or modify each organization.

Requires all contracts between agencies and support organizations entered after July 1, 2014, to include provisions requiring submission of annual information and allowing agency termination if organization fails to comply for 2 consecutive years.

Establishes sunset provisions for all citizen support and direct-support organizations, requiring legislative review and reenactment by specified dates (ranging from October 1, 2017, to October 1, 2019) or automatic repeal; organizations existing as of July 1, 2014, must be reviewed by July 1, 2019.

Amends 30 sections of Florida Statutes relating to various state agencies' support organizations (including tourism marketing, veterans affairs, corrections, education, health, and environmental protection) to add their individual sunset and review requirements.
