The Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability shall conduct a study of obstacles to achieving adequate health care provider networks for Medicaid recipients.

The office must consult with the Agency for Health Care Administration and the Department of Health to develop and recommend strategies to reduce racial, ethnic, and economic health disparities in Florida.

Findings and recommendations must be submitted to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives by January 1, 2016.

The subsection requiring this study expires June 30, 2016.

The act takes effect July 1, 2014.
