Roads constructed and maintained or repaired continuously and uninterruptedly for 7 years by the Loxahatchee Groves Water Control District shall be deemed dedicated to the public as road right-of-way easements to the extent of the width actually maintained or repaired.

The dedication vests easement rights in the road for public use regardless of whether there is a formal record of conveyance, dedication, or appropriation to the public.

Filing a certified map in the circuit court clerk's office showing the lands and reciting that the road has been dedicated shall serve as prima facie evidence of the public's easement rights.

Electric utility facilities located on property subject to this section are exempt from the dedication requirement.

The Town of Loxahatchee Groves retains continuing traffic control jurisdiction over all public roads within the district.
