Amends section 440.13, Florida Statutes, to revise the maximum reimbursement allowance for inpatient hospital care from a per diem rate schedule to up to 140 percent of the Medicare inpatient prospective payment system.

Changes the deadline for the three-member panel to approve inpatient hospital care allowances from March 1, 1994, to October 1st of each year for the following calendar year.

Revises maximum compensable charges for hospital outpatient care from 75 percent of usual and customary charges to up to 140 percent of the Medicare outpatient prospective payment system, with approval required by October 1st annually.

Effective January 1, 2015, increases physician reimbursement to 110 percent of Medicare rates and surgical procedure reimbursement to 140 percent of Medicare rates, using whichever is greater compared to rates adopted as of January 1, 2003.

Effective date is July 1, 2014, except for the physician reimbursement amendments which become effective January 1, 2015.
