Repeals section 798.02, Florida Statutes, which prohibited lewd and lascivious behavior including cohabitation between unmarried men and women.

Removes references to section 798.02 from child custody and visitation statutes (sections 39.0139 and 39.509) that previously created presumptions of detriment based on convictions under that statute.

Removes section 798.02 references from level 2 background screening standards (section 435.04) used for security clearances and employment eligibility determinations.

Updates related statutes to renumber provisions that previously followed the repealed statute (e.g., chapter 800 references previously labeled "c.d" are now labeled "c").

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
