Resolves collective bargaining impasses for the 2014-2015 fiscal year between the State of Florida and ten certified state employee bargaining units by specifying which party's proposals are adopted or maintaining status quo on specific articles.

Federation of Physicians and Dentists units (SES Supervisory Non-Professional, State Employees Attorneys Guild, and SES Physicians Unit) maintain status quo on Articles 7 and 19/23 regarding Employee Standards of Conduct, Performance, and Insurance Benefits.

Police Benevolent Association units (Law Enforcement, Florida Highway Patrol, and Special Agent) adopt state proposals dated March 11, 2014 for Article 6 Grievance Procedure, while maintaining status quo on Performance Review, Hours of Work/Leave, and Insurance Benefits articles.

Florida State Fire Service Association adopts state's December 20, 2013 proposal for Article 16 Retirement; American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees adopts state's January 29, 2014 proposal for Article 6 Grievance Procedure; Florida Nurses Association adopts state's January 30, 2014 proposal for Article 33 Entire Agreement.

All other mandatory collective bargaining issues not addressed in this act or the General Appropriations Act shall be resolved according to personnel rules in effect May 1, 2014, and by maintaining status quo under current bargaining agreements; act takes effect July 1, 2014.
