• Establishes specific required forms for lien-related notices and documents across condominiums (s. 718.116, 718.121), cooperatives (s. 719.108), and homeowners associations (s. 720.3085), including release of lien, pre-lien notice, and pre-foreclosure notice forms.

• Requires associations to provide unit owners with 30-45 day written notice before filing liens and 30-45 day notice before foreclosure, with specific forms and delivery methods mandated for each property type.

• Takes effect July 1, 2014.
