Amends section 631.582, Florida Statutes, to remove the scheduled repeal date of a public records exemption for certain records of the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association

Eliminates the October 2, 2014 sunset provision that would have automatically repealed the exemption unless reviewed and reenacted by the Legislature

Makes the public records exemption permanent rather than subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Takes effect October 1, 2014
