Repeals Section 288.9551 of Florida Statutes, which previously exempted the Scripps Florida Funding Corporation from public records and public meeting requirements.

Eliminates confidentiality protections for records and meetings of the Scripps Florida Funding Corporation, making them subject to public disclosure.

Implements the repeal as part of the Open Government Sunset Review Act process for periodic review of exemptions.

Takes effect October 1, 2014.
