Amends s. 119.071, Florida Statutes to exempt personal identifying information of dependent children of current or former agency officers or employees from public records disclosure requirements.

Exemption applies only when the dependent child is insured by an agency group insurance plan, with "dependent child" defined as in s. 409.2554.

Exemption is retroactive and applies to personal identifying information held by an agency before, on, or after the effective date of the law.

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2014, making the exemption permanent rather than subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Effective date is October 1, 2014.
