Adopts the Florida Statutes 2014 as the official statute law of the state, incorporating revisions, consolidations, and compilations of public statutes of general and permanent nature prepared by the Office of Legislative Services.

Makes the Florida Statutes 2014 effective immediately upon publication and allows citation as "Florida Statutes 2014," "Florida Statutes," or "F.S. 2014."

Repeals all general and permanent statutes enacted at or prior to the 2013 regular legislative session that are not included in the Florida Statutes 2014.

Exempts laws enacted during the 2014 regular session from repeal and preserves their full legal effect as if enacted after adoption of the Florida Statutes 2014.

Protects rights accrued under repealed statutes and preserves pending civil remedies, with the act taking effect 60 days after adjournment sine die of the legislature.
