Repeals 20+ statutory provisions that have expired or become inoperative through noncurrent repeal or expiration, including sections related to the Century Commission for Sustainable Florida, Manufacturing and Spaceport Investment Incentive Program, and long-term care community diversion pilot projects.

Amends section 458.347 to delete an expired sub-sub-subparagraph regarding physician assistant licensure requirements that expired July 1, 2001.

Amends section 481.213 to delete language regarding architect licensure exceptions that expired March 1, 2013.

Amends sections 288.0001, 288.9625, 409.979, and 430.04 to conform cross-references to repealed statutory provisions.

Takes effect 60 days after adjournment sine die of the legislative session in which it is enacted.
