Ratifies five Department of Juvenile Justice rules governing health services for youth in facilities and programs, filed with the Department of State on February 24, 2014

Ratified rules include: Rule 63M-2.0052 ("Special Consent"), Rule 63M-2.006 ("Sick Call"), Rule 63N-1.0076 ("Review and Updating of Individualized Mental Health Treatment Plans"), Rule 63N-1.0084 ("Documentation of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Services"), and Rule 63N-1.0085 ("Psychiatric Services")

Ratification satisfies statutory requirements under s. 120.541(3), F.S., for rules meeting thresholds for likely adverse impact or increased regulatory costs

Act does not alter rulemaking authority, constitute legislative preemption, or cure any rulemaking defects; rules remain subject to chapter 120, Florida Statutes

Takes effect upon becoming law and shall not be codified in the Florida Statutes
