Creates a Joint Legislative Task Force on Turkish and Florida Relations to strengthen friendship, business, and cultural ties between Florida and Turkey.

Task force composed of co-chairs appointed by the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House, plus any interested Senate and House members appointed by their respective presiding officers.

Acknowledges more than 15,000 Turkish Americans living in Florida, including over 2,000 Turkish American businessmen contributing to the state economy.

Takes effect upon adoption by both the House and Senate and governs the Florida Legislature for the remainder of the 2012-2014 term.
