Designates March 11, 2014, as "Florida National Guard Day" in the State of Florida to honor the Florida National Guard's contributions and readiness.

Acknowledges the Florida National Guard's approximately 12,000 soldiers and airmen whose roots trace to militia units formed in 1565 to protect St. Augustine.

Recognizes more than 16,500 members who have responded to federal active duty deployments, including Operation Noble Eagle, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation New Dawn.

Honors the Guard's service during natural disasters including hurricanes, fires, and floods, and their involvement in hundreds of community service projects across the state.

Directs presentation of a copy of the resolution to Major General Emmett R. Titshaw, Jr., Adjutant General of Florida, as recognition of the sentiments expressed.
