Designates March 30, 2014, as "Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day" in Florida in recognition of the 41st anniversary of the end of U.S. involvement in the Vietnam War.

Calls upon Florida's state agencies, officials, counties, municipalities, and community organizations to publicly acknowledge and demonstrate appreciation for the honorable service and sacrifice of Vietnam veterans.

Acknowledges that more than 58,000 U.S. Armed Forces members died and more than 300,000 were wounded during the Vietnam War.

Recognizes that Vietnam veterans returned home to an unprecedented lack of formal positive recognition and parades, coupled with verbal and sometimes physical abuse, resulting in disillusionment and suffering.

Notes that the Vietnam Veterans Memorial was not dedicated until 1982, nearly a decade after the war's end, and seeks to redress the lack of appropriate recognition veterans received upon returning home.
