Recognizes the University of Central Florida (UCF) Knights football team for their victory in the 2014 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl under Head Coach George O'Leary.

The team achieved 10 wins during the 2013 regular season, a 9-game winning streak, won over a Big Ten team, earned the inaugural American Athletic Conference Championship, and achieved a Top-15 ranking.

The UCF Knights ranked among the Top 15 programs in graduation success rate for football student athletes and achieved a collective 3.09 grade point average during one semester, a program record.

The team won the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl 52-42 against sixth-ranked Baylor, who were favored by 17 points, marking the largest upset in BCS bowl game history with 65,172 people in attendance.

Baylor's offense was held to 11.3 points and 74.5 yards below their season average, with UCF never trailing during the game and leading 28-20 at halftime before scoring 24 additional points in the second half.
