Designates April 17, 2014, as "Bay of Pigs Memorial Day" in Florida to commemorate the 53rd anniversary of the invasion.

Acknowledges the April 17, 1961, Bay of Pigs Invasion when approximately 1,500 men trained and equipped by the United States landed on Cuba's southern coast to attempt to overthrow the Communist government.

Honors the more than 100 men who died in the battle, as well as the remaining forces captured and imprisoned for 20 months before being ransomed by President John F. Kennedy.

Expresses respect and admiration for all members of Brigada de Asalto 2506 (Assault Brigade 2506), both living and deceased, and recognizes their desire for liberation of Cuba from Communist dictatorship.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Brigada de Asalto 2506 as a token of the sentiments expressed.
