Recognizes the 81st anniversary of the Village of Biscayne Park, which was incorporated on December 31, 1931, by a vote of 113 citizens and chartered on June 16, 1933.

Honors Arthur Mertlow Griffing for developing Griffing Biscayne Park Estates in the early 1920s with landscaped streets, medians, and cul-de-sacs designed to attract young families.

Commemorates the log cabin constructed in 1933 with Federal Emergency Relief Administration labor and individual community donations, officially dedicated on January 24, 1935, which continues to serve as the center of village operations.

Recognizes Mayor David Coviello, Vice Mayor Barbara Watts, and Commissioners Bob Anderson, Fred Jonas, and Roxanna Ross on the occasion of the village's 81st anniversary.
