Authorizes the Pasco County Sheriff's Office to pay Jennifer Wohlgemuth $8,624,754.40 from non-appropriated funds for injuries sustained due to negligence by a sheriff's office employee.

Compensates damages awarded in a March 2009 trial verdict of $9,141,267.32 (reduced to $8,724,754.40 in final judgment) where Deputy Kenneth Petrillo was found 95 percent responsible for running a red light without activated warning lights and striking Wohlgemuth's vehicle at an intersection in January 2005.

Wohlgemuth, age 21 at the time, sustained severe brain injuries including subdural hematoma and subarachnoid hemorrhage, resulting in a 3-week coma, loss of speech, and permanent cognitive and physical disabilities requiring 24-hour supervision.

Limits attorney fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to a maximum of 25 percent of the $8,624,754.40 award.

Establishes this payment and the previously paid $100,000 statutory limit as sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the incident.
