City of Hollywood is authorized to appropriate and pay $100,000 to Ronald Miller as compensation for injuries sustained from a negligent employee collision on July 30, 2002.

The $100,000 payment, combined with the $100,000 previously paid under Florida's statutory liability limits, constitutes sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the incident.

Attorney fees, lobbying fees, costs, and other similar expenses related to the claim are limited to 25 percent of the $100,000 awarded under this act.

The collision involved Ronald Miller's pickup truck being struck head-on by a City of Hollywood utilities truck driven by Robert Miller, resulting in knee injuries requiring corrective surgeries.
