Authorizes the Palm Beach County School Board to appropriate and pay $1,677,950 to Q.B. as compensation for injuries sustained from a sexual assault on a school bus in January 2007.

Payment settles all present and future claims arising from the incident in which a 15-year-old student sexually assaulted the 3-year-old exceptional student education student due to negligent supervision by the bus driver and bus aide.

Limits attorney fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to a maximum of 25 percent of the awarded amount.

Compensates Q.B. for the remaining balance of a $1.8 million jury verdict from February 2013, after the school board already paid $100,000 under statutory liability limits.
