Exempts spouses and dependents of active duty U.S. Armed Forces members from Florida driver license requirements if they possess valid military identification and either a valid driver license or military driving permit from another state.

Clarifies that Armed Forces members, their spouses, and dependents are not required to obtain a Florida driver license solely because they enroll children in public schools or engage in employment or occupation in the state.

Grants automatic 90-day extensions for Class E driver license expiration for Armed Forces members, their spouses, and dependents on active duty outside Florida without requiring reexamination; extension valid for 90 days after discharge or return to the state.

Updates terminology throughout section 322.031 by replacing "driver's license" with "driver license" and "every" with "each" for consistency.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
