Prohibits false personation of firefighters and adds "watchman" (defined as a security officer licensed under chapter 493) to the list of positions illegal to impersonate under section 843.08.

Expands prohibition on operating or owning falsely marked motor vehicles to include vehicles marked as "fire department" vehicles with intent to mislead others into believing the vehicle is authorized by a fire department.

Allows fraternal, benevolent, or labor organizations to use the words "police," "sheriff," "fire department," and similar terms if they appear in the organization's official name.

Updates criminal penalty ranking chart to rename the offense from "Falsely impersonating an officer" to "False personation" in section 921.0022, maintaining third-degree felony classification.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
