Revises student eligibility requirements for the Florida Medallion Scholars award under the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program.

For high school students graduating in 2012-2013 and thereafter, maintains the requirement of an SAT score of 1020 (51st percentile) or concordant ACT score of 22, or SAT 1070/ACT 23 for home-educated students without documented college-preparatory curriculum.

Eliminates the separate, more stringent requirements that were set to take effect for students graduating in 2013-2014 and beyond (which would have required SAT 1170 or ACT 26).

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
