Exempts proprietary confidential business information submitted by wireless service providers to the Department of Revenue from public records requirements under Florida law.

Allows the Department of Revenue to share this information with the Secretary of Management Services and the E911 Board for conducting official business.

Defines proprietary confidential business information as customer lists, usage data, network facilities, technology descriptions, trade secrets, and E911 system development costs.

Subjects the exemption for Department of Revenue information to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and repeals it on October 2, 2019, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Takes effect contingent upon the enactment of SB 294 or similar legislation in the same legislative session.
