Establishes the Community Health Worker Task Force within a Florida College System institution or state university, with the Department of Health providing administrative support.

Defines community health workers as front-line health care workers who serve as liaisons between health care services and medically underserved communities to improve access and cultural competency.

Task force consists of 12 members: one state senator, one state representative, one state official appointed by the Governor, and nine community health workers appointed by the Surgeon General.

Task force shall develop recommendations for integrating community health workers into health care reform, Medicaid managed care programs, and standardizing qualifications for workers in state-supported health care programs.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the Governor and Legislature by June 30, 2015, and is repealed December 1, 2015.
