Amends the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act to allow municipalities and counties to restrict smoking in playground areas they own, provided the restricted areas are clearly marked with "No Smoking" signs.

Defines "playground" as municipally or county-owned property designated as an independent area in a community designed solely for children with one or more playground structures.

Requires law enforcement officers to direct a person to stop smoking and warn them of penalties before issuing a citation, then ask them to leave if they continue smoking.

Authorizes issuance of a civil citation punishable under s. 386.208 only if a person refuses to leave the premises after being directed to do so.

Maintains existing authority for school districts to further restrict smoking on school district property.
