Creates a public records exemption for personal identifying information of participants in a yellow dot critical motorist medical information program held by participating counties.

Exempts this information from Florida Statutes s. 119.07(1) and Article I, Section 24(a) of the Florida State Constitution.

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2019, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Justifies the exemption to protect participant privacy and prevent potential robbery, burglary, or illicit drug activities targeting identified program participants.

Takes effect on the same date that SB 262 or similar legislation authorizing counties to create a yellow dot program becomes law.
