Eliminates the requirement that closed portions of State Child Abuse Death Review Committee meetings be recorded when confidential information is discussed.

Removes the requirement that no portion of closed meetings be off the record.

Removes the requirement that recordings of closed meeting portions be maintained by the committee.

Removes the exemption status previously granted to recordings of closed portions of meetings from public records requirements.

Effective date: July 1, 2014.
