Allows malt beverages sold at retail to be packaged in containers of 64 ounces or 32 ounces or less, with required labeling of manufacturer, brand, and alcohol content percentage.

Permits licensed manufacturers and vendors to fill containers at the point of sale, provided containers have unbroken seals or cannot be immediately consumed, but prohibits filling with beverages purchased from distributors.

Creates new section 563.09 authorizing malt beverage tastings at any licensed premises by distributors or vendors, directed toward adults of legal drinking age.

Removes the prohibition on beer sampling activities at off-premises retail locations, allowing manufacturers and distributors to conduct tastings at vendor premises.

Violations of container and labeling requirements constitute first-degree misdemeanors subject to license revocation or suspension.
