Creates Section 1003.4995, Florida Statutes, requiring the Commissioner of Education to prepare an annual report on fine arts courses (visual arts, music, dance, and theatre)

Report must include student access to and participation in fine arts courses based on annual school reporting

Report must document the number and certification status of educators teaching fine arts courses and describe educational facilities and classroom space equipped for fine arts instruction

Report must describe how schools provide core curricular content for fine arts established in the Next Generation Sunshine State Standards

Report shall be posted on the Department of Education's website and updated annually, effective July 1, 2014
