Limits certain bylaw requirements (administration, voting, proxies, board elections, and arbitration) to residential condominiums only, exempting nonresidential condominiums from these provisions.

Exempts nonresidential condominiums from mandatory nonbinding arbitration unless specifically required in their declaration.

Allows developers to modify plot plans for unit or building types in phase condominiums, but restricts such changes in residential condominiums to those described in the declaration.

Excludes paragraphs 2(b)-(f) and subsection 8 of phase condominium provisions from applying to nonresidential condominiums.

Extends the time limitation for classifying a person as a bulk assignee or bulk buyer from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2016.
