Applies delay to evaluations conducted for purposes of awarding, renewing, or denying teacher contracts.

Applies delay to evaluations used to determine performance pay awards under the performance salary schedule in section 1012.22, Florida Statutes.

Requires annual implementation of evaluation procedures after the 2015-2016 school year.
