Amends s. 631.582, F.S. to make permanent the public records exemption for certain Florida Insurance Guaranty Association records.

Maintains confidentiality of claims files until all litigation, settlement, and claims arising from the same incident are closed.

Keeps medical records and medical condition information of claimants confidential when part of claims files.

Protects records subject to attorney-client privilege from public disclosure.

Removes the scheduled October 2, 2014 repeal date under the Open Government Sunset Review Act, making the exemption permanent.
