Amends s. 733.604, F.S. to save public records exemptions for estate inventories and accountings from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Designates inventories of estates and elective estates filed with the clerk of court as confidential and exempt from public records requirements.

Designates accountings filed with the clerk of court in estate proceedings as confidential and exempt from public records requirements.

Allows disclosure of confidential inventories and accountings to personal representatives, their attorneys, interested persons as defined in s. 731.201, or by court order upon showing of good cause.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
