Deletes the requirement that health access dental license applicants and renewals not be reported to the National Practitioner Data Bank.

Authorizes the Board of Dentistry to deny licensure or renewal to applicants who have committed or are under investigation or prosecution for acts constituting grounds for discipline under Florida law.

Extends the future repeal date of health access dental license provisions from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2020.

Makes minor technical amendments to clarify licensing application and renewal requirements for health access dental practitioners.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
