Re-creates the State Economic Enhancement and Development Trust Fund within the Department of Economic Opportunity (FLAIR number 40-2-041), which was scheduled for termination on July 1, 2015 under the Florida Constitution Article III, Section 19(f)

Repeals subsection (4) of section 288.1201, Florida Statutes, which contained provisions relating to the trust fund's termination

Legislature determined the trust fund continues to serve an important public purpose and that existing public policy provides adequate parameters for its use

Takes effect July 1, 2014
