Creates the "Sexual Misconduct with Students by Authority Figures Act" to reclassify sexual offenses committed by school authority figures against students.

Defines "authority figure" as a person over 18 employed by, volunteering at, or under contract with a school, and "student" as a person under 18 enrolled at a school.

Reclassifies felony sexual offenses listed in section 943.0435(1)(a)1.a. by one degree higher when committed by an authority figure against a student: third degree becomes second degree, second degree becomes first degree, first degree becomes life felony.

Ranks reclassified offenses one level above their standard ranking under the Criminal Punishment Code for sentencing and gain-time eligibility purposes.

Takes effect October 1, 2014.
