Requires licensed recreational vehicle dealers applying for a supplemental license for off-premises sales (not at public vehicle shows) to notify the local Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles office with specific dates and location of the sale.

Mandates that dealers conducting off-premises sales provide staff at the temporary location for the entire duration of the sale.

Requires dealers to obtain all necessary local government permits and secure written permission from the property owner before operating at a temporary location.

Obligates dealers to display a sign at the temporary location and include their name and business address (from original license) prominently in all advertisements for the off-premises sale.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
