Increases filing fees for limited liability companies, including original articles of organization from $100 to $125 and annual reports from $50 to $125.

Increases filing fees for corporations, including articles of incorporation from $35 to $70 and annual reports from $61.25 to $125.

Creates new late fees for annual reports ranging from $125 to $400 depending on how late the payment is submitted (after May 1, May 31, June 30, or July 31).

Repeals the $88.75 supplemental corporate fee previously imposed on corporations and restructures various filing fees for limited partnerships, nonprofits, and partnerships.

Establishes uniform certified copy fees at $8.75 and consolidates fee structures across different business entity types effective January 1, 2015.
