Allows entities operating entertainment or lodging complexes in retirement communities within the Town of Lady Lake to obtain special alcoholic beverage licenses for on-premises consumption only.

Permits the sale of alcoholic beverages and manufacture and sale of malt beverages at complexes that include restaurants, bars, breweries, clubhouses, recreation centers, lodging facilities, or banquet facilities.

Requires complexes to meet three criteria: minimum 15,000 annual visitors, meeting facilities for at least 250 persons, and at least two restaurants or lounges with 4,000 square feet of service area each.

Expands the same special alcoholic beverage license provisions to Sumter County (removing the restriction to unincorporated areas only) with identical operational and facility requirements.

Clarifies that the owner, operator, or controlling entity need not be the same person or entity to qualify under the licensing criteria for both Lady Lake and Sumter County.
