Requires the clerk of the value adjustment board and property appraiser to have available and distribute petition forms prescribed by the Department of Revenue.

Allows owners of multiple items of tangible personal property to file a single joint petition with the value adjustment board if the property appraiser determines the items to be substantially similar in nature.

Requires the property appraiser to include the property record card in the evidence list provided to petitioners at least 7 days before a value adjustment board hearing.
