Creates a public records exemption for proprietary confidential business information submitted to the Florida State Boxing Commission by boxing promoters or obtained through commission audits of promoter records.

Defines exempt information to include ticket sales numbers, gross receipts, trade secrets, business plans, and internal and external audit reports.

Allows disclosure of exempt information to other governmental entities performing their duties and responsibilities.

Exemption subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2019, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Takes effect contingent upon passage and enactment of SB 810 or similar legislation in the same legislative session.
