Designates 72 roads, highways, streets, bridges, and other transportation facilities throughout Florida with memorial or commemorative names, effective July 1, 2014.

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers for each designated facility, including memorials for military personnel, law enforcement officers, and notable citizens.

Designates facilities in Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Hillsborough County, and other counties throughout the state with names such as "Larcenia Bullard Way," "Purple Heart Trail," "Governor Mixson Highway," and "Colonel Bud Day Overpass."

Permits private entities to erect a memorial marker in the Sunshine Skyway Bridge wayside park for victims of the May 9, 1980 MV Summit Venture collision, subject to department approval and private entity responsibility for costs and maintenance.
