Amends section 288.985 of Florida Statutes to modify exemptions from public records and public meetings requirements for the Florida Defense Support Task Force.

Exempts records relating to strengths, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities of military installations in Florida and other states during Department of Defense base realignment and closure processes.

Exempts meetings or portions of meetings where exempt records are presented or discussed, and exempts records generated during those closed meeting portions from public disclosure.

Removes the criminal penalty provision that previously made willful violations a first-degree misdemeanor.

Saves the exemptions from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act by removing the sunset expiration date that was set for October 2, 2014.
