Increases the maximum number of examination attempts for physical therapist and physical therapist assistant licensure applicants from 5 to 10 total attempts across any state.

Requires applicants who fail after 5 attempts to repeat additional educational or training requirements prescribed by the board before taking the examination again.

Permanently bars applicants from taking the examination after 10 total attempts in Florida or any other state.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language regarding examination procedures and applicant eligibility requirements.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
