Creates a Joint Legislative Task Force on Turkish and Florida Relations to strengthen commercial, cultural, and diplomatic ties between Florida and Turkey.

Task force composed of two co-chairs appointed by the Senate President and House Speaker, plus volunteer members from both legislative chambers appointed by their respective presiding officers.

Task force authorized to address issues impacting Turkish Americans in the state and facilitate connections with community leaders of diverse cultural and faith backgrounds.

Recognizes Turkey as the world's fifteenth largest economy and Europe's sixth largest economy, and as a valued trading partner with Florida.

Takes effect upon adoption by both the Senate and House of Representatives and applies through the end of the 2012-2014 legislative term.
